My sim has been disabled . I need it activated . I have just topped up but unable to send a text. I can’t call customer service too . This is the only channel of communication.

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this internet forum.
When a PAYG SIM is hibernated for non-usage after 179 days, outbound calls are normally redirected to 150 precisely for this reason.
If, for whatever reason, this doesn't work, you will need to call from another phone on 07953 966150.

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

How do I fix it now ? I can’t call customer service . Are they able to solve the problem here ? It’s exactly 6months of non chargeable call . I was told I have till 30th of March but got disconnected before then . I need it activated

Only by phoning CS to request it be reactivated.

Please I really need help to reach out to EE to get my sim enabled . I am in Canada and don’t have the means of calling them from here . My pay as you go sim got disconnected and I need to have it back please

You posted about this issue on the 17th March and were advised to contact EE-CS.
Starting a duplicate post asking the same question isn't going to alter the solution here.

If you are patient enough to read thoroughly before jumping to criticism, you would have understood that this is a different assistance . I previously asked generally to know what to do and now , I am looking for specific assistance to call EE like someone helping to call on my behalf . I don’t appreciate being scolded or rude comments . I am an adult not a child .

No-one on this forum can call EE-CS for you. You are (presumaby) the account holder, and they will - rightly - only deal with you.
The advice from your previous post, in response to "I can't call from here" is still the same as it is now, in response to "I am looking for assistance to call"
Only you can make that call.
