Data boosts have gone

I pay for 3 accounts, one mine and the others my sons. We all use the weekly pay as you go £1 pack, building up our data every 12 weeks. My sons data boosts all seem to have disappeared, how can I get them back please?

Hello,

I spoke to someone on the chat last night, I wasn't sure he understood, but he added data. I just text Boost to 150 and the reply was' Great news. You will get an extra 5.5 GB everytime you buy a pack. You are also 3 more packs away from being able to add another boost.' So it looks like it's bee sorted?

Have you checked what data you have left? Same thing happened to me, my data boosts disappear as, according to EE, I use the data (so if I use 1GB of my free data boosts the total boosts for that week shows as 1GB lower than what it renews as). EE put a data add on and now that data has gone overnight despite me turning mobile data off.
