Credit vs subscription pack

I purchased a Pack - Data, phone and text. £10.

That left £5 credit.

According to my usage I have used .2 Gb of Data - no phone or text usage. Which is correct.

However my credit has been reduced to £2.20 (from £5) - I do not understand why?
I thought any usage would come out of my Pack!

If I send an SMS to an area outside EU - will that be cried from my credit?
Thank you.

Yes, it would & so would sending MMS (Picture Msgs) to anywhere. Your pack allowances only cover SMS texts & calls to UK 01, 02 & 03 landlines & UK 07 mobiles.

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a free add-on that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. See The Free CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK .
