Do you have credit on it or an active Pack or Add-on?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

@Rabbitt1954   What Samsung galaxy there’s a few different ones ?    Is the device unlocked to use an EE SIM card ?  Or is the device locked to a network?   What network sim was in the device ?
