Credit used not pack data

I used my phone the day prior to my pack renewing, but it used up £4.40 of my credit I don't understand why. As it should of allowed me to use my phone up until the end of the day. How exactly do the packs work here O2 were more easier to understand as you got a pack that can be used right up to the day prior to renewal, but here it isn't also the why does the renewal date keep changing?

Hi @KJ37

Thanks for coming here.

Did you make calls and send texts when you had no pack active? if so, this would be chargeable.

Your Subscription Pack will last for up to 30 days, depending on the type you’ve chosen, and will automatically renew after this time if monthly card payments are set up or as long as you have enough credit.

Leanne.

I have a £15 pay as you go data rollover pack, it originally was a top-up on the 26th when I first got it then it was a top-up on the 25th now it's supposed to be a top-up on the 23rd but this month I made the calls on the 22nd, the day prior to needing to the renewal date it sure aint the first time this has happened
