Hello,
I am just wondering why i cannot see anything on my ee app i can not see my payments and can't see any packs on there too its just showing a locket on there which is strange because i am way over 18 and i am the account holder as well

Content Lock does not prevent you seeing your MyEE a/c.
Can you see these things using your online MyEE, not the app?
