I want to come back to my old pack for 10 pounds per month with 20 gb of data. Because I didn't understand that my new package wil has only 1 gb of data and I didn't know that I will need to change my phone number. How I can return to my old pack?

@Anastasiia1313 You don’t change numbers when you change packs. Did you order a PAYG new SIM card ?

@Anastasiia1313 : Top-up to at least £10 & text PACK10 to 150.

I received EE PAYM Multi SIM 5G with new number, which I don't want to accept at all. And on the website if I'm not mistaken I can't to change my pack back, there is no function like this there. Some kind of strange pack with not suitable for me data.

I'm afraid that after top-up this new pack will automatically activate. Because now in my account on the website they requires top up for activating this new pack.

There are no packs on a contract (PAYM) SIM.

Then on the PAYG SIM text STOP PACK to 150 before topping-up to stop the "new" pack renewing (if it really is a pack).
It's all seems a bit confused. In 1 post you say you have a contract SIM, in another that you have to top-up, which only applies to PAYG. Just what have you done?

@Chris_B : Does it seem to you as it seems me that the OP a) has bought separately a new 1GB contract SIM w/out using the "move PAYG to contract" method, b) is getting confused by the old PAYG MyEE which cannot hold a contract no. & c) has not created a new MyEE to register the contract no.?

Do you have 2 SIMs, 1 PAYG and 1 contract? If so, continue using the PAYG SIM as you did before. These are 2 separate things.
How long have you had the contract SIM? If still less than 14 days from delivery you have a statutory cooling-off period to cancel it FoC if you ordered it by phone or online.
