Chosen Subscription Pack (PAYG) doesn't appear

Hi there,

The Subscription pack I selected when choosing EE does not appear as a top up option. 

20GB (was 8GB) and 500 mins, unlimited texts for £10 a pack. On the top up page it only shows as 8GB package which is not what I chose EE for. 

Can you help? 

Also., I did my first £10 Top Up on the anonymous top up link and currently App says I have no Data. Is it still uploading or have I not been given data?

Hi Leanne, 

 

Sorry for slow response. I text balance number just now, I havent actually received a response but checked the EE App and can now see that I have the 20GB and minutes etc that were part of the pack I chose so everything appears good.

Did you buy your current SIM when it was advertised with a £10 pack with 20GB data enhanced from 8GB (as it is now) ?

I believe you need to buy the standard £10 pack with 8GB data & the extra 12GB will be added on when you exhaust the 8GB within the 30-days. You can do this for 3 consecutive packs,
