Charged twice for my pay as you go pack can I get a refund

I’ve been charged twice for my pay as you go pack is there anyway I can get a refund for this

If you give our customer service guides a call, they can have a look at the account to see if both have been taken, and if they have, see if the extra payment can be refunded.
