The registered email on my account is a now defunct, inaccessible email. How can I change to my new one?

Please give us a call on 150 and our customer care team will be happy to help.
When calling select option 2 and this will take you through to the automated service which can connect you to an agent rather than requesting a call back.

Well I did get straight through and a very helpful lady went through everything and sorted it out. Unfortunately, the number still seems to be associated with the old account, and now are both locked from too many tries! I'm giving up
