I need to change the priority contact and name on the business account.

I need to change the priority contact and name of a business account. I was told by EE to set up a new account and I could transfer all the numbers to the new account by using "Link a product".Every time I try, I get the message

We’re having trouble linking your products

 

You can try linking again or come back later when we’ve fixed things.

This has been on for over 2 months now and can't get any clear help. 

Can anyone help please ??

@caroline168  Not sure why you’ve been told that, the account holder has to request this.  

The numbers are registered to an account already so you can’t change them to a new account.
