Leave EE as I'm no longer in the UK

Hello Team,

I'm an Indian woman who was on a temporary work visa. I bought an EE sim in 2023 September.

I left the UK in June 2025 yet I've been diligently been paying my EE bills to maintain the SIM in case I came back and also as this is the only number registered on my banking account and With HMRC.

I now know I will not be returning to the UK. I need to cancel this SIM right away as I'm closing my banking account too.

Unfortunately, the way EE works is that I am required to call. I can't do that without international roaming and it is very expensive to recharge from India.

Requesting an email address or a response to this post so I can quickly close this with due notice to EE.
