Change of Subscription Pack

I activated my PACK15 on 10/09/2024 while I was in 10 pound pack and paid by topup (expiry each month 11) and it automatically deduct 13.50 from my card and informed me that it will be activated from next month 11. But I finished my all data and bought a new pack PACK20 today and it took 18 pound from my card. What about my previous 13.50pound?
