Change of Credit Card - setup a new card

Hi. Not sure if this is the right place to post.

I have a speech and data pack on EE Mobile and I have recently changed my Credit Card. I had set up a regular payment of £5 per month to pay the £1 per week charge. There was no option to change the existing card details within my EE account, so I deleted that one. Now I can't find out how to register my new card.

I've found various 'help' sources that say go to My EE and select 'Set Up Card Payments' but I can't find that option anywhere.

How do I do this please? Please advise me exactly where I can find 'Set Up Card Payments'.

Thanks.

@JohnB47 : You can do that in your online MyEE under Menu > A/c Settings > Manage your Cards. I think you've been looking at posts about contract a/c's.

Thank you for replying. However, when I follow your advice, which I had already tried, I get a screen saying "You currently don't have any payment card registered." You would think that there would be an option on that page to register one, but no, there isn't. BTW, I've tried this using log-in on my laptop and using the app on my mobile. Same result.

So I'm stuck. How do I register a card?

How did you set up a regular payment of £5 per month in the 1st place? Just do the same.

It's years since I last did this, so I can't remember. I've just cancelled/set up my new card on Amazon and ebay and they both made this incredibly easy. On the same page that you select to cancel the old card, you are presented with an option to register a new one.

There is something very wrong here, so frustrating. Does EE have a chat system?

Not for PAYG.

What does your online MyEE say about your current Pack, allowances & credit? It'll be on the landing or My EE Mobile page.

It shows my current credit (£14.63), my current pack (£1 Talk Pack), my five free boosts and my allowances (all of which show zeros curiously, but my wifes account shows the same and recently she called EE and they told her what this should say - her correct allowances).

As you are on a legacy pack I don't think there is any way to do it now. You'll need to keep topping up from now on but if you don't top-up in time for any pack to auto renew you'll no longer be able to buy that pack.
