I recieve text but cant send text or call, i topped up

Have you been able to use your SIM in the past or is it a new SIM?

If you have, when was the last time it was used?

Do you know roughly when it was last used? Was it more than 6 months ago?

Can you text AL to 150 and let me know what message you get back?

When it was used around August, was there any chargeable activity, such as making a call or sending a text? @-i

A text to 150 wouldn't be enough to keep a SIM out of hibernation, as it is a free text. There must be chargeable activity at least once in a 179 day period to keep the SIM active.

If there hasn't been anything in that period, it may well be suspended.

The best option is to give our guides a call from another phone, and they can check the account to see if it is suspended, and see if it can be activated again.
