Hi!
Hi. I’m abroad and I cannot access my online account to top up my balance. I cannot reach to the EE staff and there is no live chat. Every time I call the help number, 07953 966 150, I am asked to wait; this is very expensive. Does anyone know a quick and inexpensive way to contact EE?

What is happening when trying to log in to your EE account online?

When I try to log in I put my email. It rejects the password. When I try to change the password, it sends me a verification PIN on my mobile number, which has no balance. So, I cannot receive the PIN.

You don't need any balance to receive texts worldwide.
