I have 30 day rolling subscription pack. I didn't have enough money in my bank so my subscription hasn't been applied. I have looked elsewhereand found a better deal.

How can I cancel this rolling subscription with EE?

It is a shame to hear you are looking to move on.

Is it a pay as you go SIM with a pack that you currently have, or is it a pay monthly contract?

Would you be looking to move your number over to a new provider?
