I have tried all the suggestions for messaging 150 on the app and the website i get errors and cannot buy a pack with my credit resorted to spending £20 for 10GB which is an appalling value. how do we resolve this?

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with buying a pack. If I understand you do have your EE online account setup and had the options showing to buy a pack there but were getting errors when doing so?
And you also had errors when trying to text PACK10 to 150 for example to buy a pack that way?
It would be best to give us a call on 150 so one of our of pay as you go guides can take a look over your account to see what is preventing you adding a pack.
