We are away in Spain in our motorhome. Router in motorhome with EE SIM.  We are all struggling to connect to it. It has data, lots! When we try to sign in it's asking for a roaming payment to access data. We have roaming switched on on our devices. Please help.

The sim has a different phone number as is in router. Should I put some in my phone to do this?

It's a pay as you go SIM.

What number should I call from an O2 number??

Hi @Richardweeks51,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Is it a pre-loaded data SIM? These are for UK use only.

James

@Richardweeks51 : That's right, you now need to pay to use your pack allowances in EU.

For PAYG there are now roaming charges for using your pack allowances in the EU of either £2.50 / day, by texting ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by texting ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about the charges for roaming in EU. If you opt to text neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & need to buy a small add-on for data.
