Issues connecting broadband to EE account

I have tried to connect my broadband to my EE account (mobile came first) and when I go to connect I get an error page. I have tried on my PC and on my phone through the EE app.

If you continue to see this error code I'd recommend speaking with our technical care team. 

The team can also help add your broadband to your EE account.

I am with BT but  just changed to EE and today changed from bt to ee with mobile.

Just deleted 100 messages from community which I dont want.

How do I stop them from coming
