Issues connecting broadband to EE account

I have tried to connect my broadband to my EE account (mobile came first) and when I go to connect I get an error page. I have tried on my PC and on my phone through the EE app.

I've been having the same problem as AMYVV. I've contacted theTechnical Care Team multiple times, with no success. This means that I can't check my broadband bills or control my childrens' connections to my broadband via the app. Is this a global problem? Is anyone trying to resolve it?
