I can view my plan on the mobile app but NOT the usage. When I try to view this I get a message " Sorry we're having problems loading your usage. Please refresh the page or try again later". I phoned 03301231105 and was told it would take another week before I could view my usage. I NEVER ring 150. Also when I try to view my broadband plan on the laptop I get a message " This service isn't working right now". WHY are EE having so many technical problems?
