So disappointed

Hi,

I’m reaching out regarding ongoing high latency issues with my connection. I was advised that my ping would average around 10–20ms, however, I’m consistently getting 45ms or higher.

As online gaming and streaming are my profession, low and stable latency is essential for my work. Could you please look into this issue and advise if there’s anything that can be done to resolve it?

as this is not what was promised. Very disappointed.
