Hello,Anyone know how to contact ODR?Can't sseem to complete online as asks to select company country but no UK/Great Britain/England etc option. States on EE complaint notice ODR is step 3 so assume option but can't work out how.Thank you

Understanding my bill

I recently used my free upgrade but for some reason im being charged the agreed 84 and an extra 52, plus extra charges of 6 pound why so many charges its completly unnaffordable.
