Hi

I have BT Broadband with EE TV bundled in. I have an EE mobile contract with 2 phone contracts. Is there anyway to merge these or recognise that I have both BT & EE products to trigger a discount?

thanks

Sean

If you brought your BB to EE you could take advantage of EE One Benefits

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @seanmsweeney

You can change to EE when inside your minimum term, but there is likely to be an early termination fee involved on the BT end. When are you outside of your minimum term? It may be worth switching then.

Chris

I thought BT were encouraging their personal users to move to EE on a like-for-like contract whilst within their min. term w/out imposing exit fees. Check with BT or thro' your BT a/c
