Any Help would be appreciated

My nan is 76 and had her purse stollen. She needs a replacement top up card. She went to the phone shop and they said she had to bring in her passport. She’s never needed it to get one before & obviously shaken up. She doesn’t want to carry her passport around. I love 3 hours from her. Is there a way I can order her a top up card? She’s unable to do it the voucher way.

TIA

@Kat43 : No, the only place to get top-up cards is from EE shops but they should not need ID as there's no personal info on it. You sure she didn't ask for a replacement SIM where ID would be needed?

What do I do if I've lost my E top-up card?

Simply pop into an EE store to pick up another. You'll need to link your new E top-up card to your phone before you next top up.

Please note:your E top-up card holds no personal information and is only linked to your phone so no-one else can use it and you won't need to cancel it.
