Adding more data to sim only card - Absolute joke of a service

Have tried to add more data add-ons on both website and app for weeks and its just plain broken. This is an absolute pain in the A** and is a joke that it has not been fixed by now.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you add data if you visit add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi or if you're using a WiFi router open the link on a device connected to the router?

No I cannot. But why not fixe the issue its crazy its been broken all this time.

Do you get an error message when you visit the add-on.ee.co.uk site?
