Hello, I ran into a problem where I can’t connect additional data, I tried to log in through the site and the myee application, everything was useless, I tried to send an SMS UNL DATA, I received a response (Sorry, there has been a problem and we cannot add this add on, please try again later ) Tell me what should I do? Thank you)

Then there is no reason not to be able to use it. What happens when you try to make a call or send a text?

Why were you originally enquiring about adding data when you already had an active plan?
