Add on in flex plan

My daughter has a £15 flex plan but for some reason her account shows she has £20in credit but I am unable to add data add ons via the Web page or app - help please as to how to add additional data without changing the plan?? 

Or can I link to my accoubt and share data?

@Abby2244 : Let her text ADD DATA to 150 & choose a data add-on.

You can't gift data to PAYG or Flex.
