What happened?

I get this error when I try to check my addons or buy a new addon (Pay as you go SIM card).
It's the same via app (Android phone) and via browser on a laptop.
It worked fine before, I bought a 7 days roaming addon last week.
Any ideas how to fix?

I need to buy 7 days of roaming addon as soon as possible (currently in Germany...)
It still doesn't work via browser and app.
Is there any other way to buy that addon, maybe SMS?

You should've been offered by text to buy a PAYG roaming add-on when you arrived in Germany.
Do you have an active pack? You can only get these add-ons when you have a pack as they are for using your pack allowances in the EU.

Yes, I have an active subscription pack.
I used to pay for the roaming addon many times, never had problems before.
The problem is not solved yet, any ideas?
