Hi, I’m messaging you as it possible to cancel a pending transaction of £10 as I’ve charged twice for my top up please.

To request the cancellation of a pending transaction for a double-charged top-up on EE, follow these steps:

• Phone: Dial 150 from your EE phone. Explain the situation and request the cancellation of the pending transaction.
• Live Chat: Use the live chat option available on the EE website for quicker assistance.
Provide details about the double charge, including the date, time, and any transaction reference numbers if available.

• Clearly state that you were charged twice for the same top-up and request a refund or cancellation of the second transaction.
