I just pay for 8gb plan £9 pound does that mean I get data today when will it activate

Thanks for coming to the community.
If your credit is showing, try adding the pack again by texting ALL PACKS to 150 or by selecting it in the EE app.
If you’ve already bought the pack and it’s still not working, try restarting your phone and turning mobile data off and on again.
If you're still experiencing issues after trying this, please get in touch with our customer support team. They will be able to check your account and make sure the pack has been activated properly.
