I just pay for 8gb plan £9 pound does that mean I get data today when will it activate

Thanks for coming to the community.
If your credit is showing, try adding the pack again by texting ALL PACKS to 150 or by selecting it in the EE app.
If you’ve already bought the pack and it’s still not working, try restarting your phone and turning mobile data off and on again.
If you're still experiencing issues after trying this, please get in touch with our customer support team. They will be able to check your account and make sure the pack has been activated properly.

@Rayyan3 : You get 8GB data with your pack. Have you run out of that? If so, you'll get it back when your pack auto renews or if you buy a new pack now & then force it to start by texting NOW to 150.

hi why is my data not working when I just paid £10 for a plan calls and data why is it not working data or does it take time to activate even though even in the ee app it’s say toy top up credit is £10.80 why is the data not working

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
