Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems purchasing a pack. Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can look into this for you.

James

have you tried putting in "pack 05".

i know that if you use a voucher you have to put the spaces in to get it recognised. just wondering if that may be the case here.

I can confirm that texting PACK05 is still not working despite it being listed after texting ALL PACKS and having sufficient credit. It doesn't seem like EE are going to fix this problem any time soon.

HOWEVER there is a simple workaround. Dial 150 from the phone you want to add the £5 pack to. You don't need to speak to anyone. Just select the automated option for packs. The £5 pack is offered. Just follow the instructions to add the pack (think I had to press press 1 on my keypad). The pack was added straight away.
