Hello,

So I ordered a pay as you go sim. I chose 30 pound pack. When I put that new sim card I received a text from EE that my balance is 20 pound. I went to the salon and they told me that 10 pound you are receiving with a card already. Alright then, but I wanted to have 30 pound pack. And I do not have any pack and do not understand why my balance is 20 pounds when I payed 30 pound

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

When I texted AL to 150 I received that my balance is 20 pounds and my last top up was 10 pounds on 06/02/2024.

To start using my 30 pound pack I need 30 credit.

Yesterday was first time I put sim card in my phone. And February I ordered sim card with that 30 pound.

So, I do not understand where that 10 pound gone

Have you any idea what they meant by "that 10 pound you are receiving with a card already"? Which card would that be, the SIM or a bank card?

It might take 24 hours for it to appear.

Have you checked your bank/card statement to see whether there are 2 transactions totalling £30 against EE?
