I have just received a text from EE saying my phone will be disconnected and I will loose my credit as I havent made a call for a while but I made a calls on February 7 and 25. Why have I received this notification?

Sounds like your PAYG SIM is about to go into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

e last chargeable action was February 25 (ie 2 weeks ago) - a call costing 2.40gbp, hence my concern, I am using my phone so why are they telling me they will disconnect it?
