Issue processing payment

My Doro mobile states 'there was an issue processing your payment.' I followed this link: https://ee-payment-failed.web.app but it leads to a general ee information page, nothing about payment failed. I just use my Doro for phone calls and texts, don't go online so keep the wifi turned off.  So no use of data, which stands at 0.

My account says I have £34.59 in credit.  So what is the problem?

Seems to have fixed itself. Says current balance is £34.59, last top up was £35.00 on 6/3/04, which looks correct.  Many thanks!

Hi @albionhouse

Welcome to the community.

Are you trying to top up more credit or add/restart your pack?

Chris

On 8/3/24  I topped up and received a text saying: thank you for topping
up £35.00.   Your new balance is £35.19

On 9/3/24  I received a text stating: There was an issue processing your
payment. You can unlock your account by visiting our website:
https://ee-payment-failed.web.app

Following this link just takes me to a general ee web page; nothing I
can see about payment fails  or unlocking my aaccount.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
