150 Pack not working

I have asked multiple times for a pack in messages with 150 just to be somehow ignored? the first time i had just thought it worked straight away which then caused me to be sending texts that costed straight from my credit and had to top up once again with honestly money i shouldn’t be spending on here bc the minimum is top up by a fiver but now i do have the amount for a £10 pack (PACK10) and it still won’t go through.
