Hi dear I have 20 pounds in my SIM card I called to the customer service they said we activated 100GB for 20 but it’s still not activate I am been waiting for it plz can you check why

It’s says your credit is 20 and there is no data bundle even I see the data usage by the app and website my data is 0 so it means it’s not activate yet
