I had a text to say I don’t have enough spend cap balance, however I’m not using anything outside of my spend, I have unlimited texts and calls, 100gb of data that’s I still have 93gb of? I’m not currently travelling so I have no idea as to why I’m getting the text message?
can anyone suggest anything different?

Have you called any premium rate numbers or sent any picture messages?
If not, I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look at what has triggered these texts.
