10£ pack pay As you go

Hello. I’ve just bought 10£  pack. I also requested for number transfer which is still under processing but I noticed I can’t make a call and text. Could you help me with this? I don’t know if this has something to do with the number transfer.

So you do have a call and text allowance according to your pack information. 

What phone are you currently using? 

I know you may have already tried this but please could you try turning your phone off and back on. 

Then try making a call.

So here are a few things to try and see if it resolves the call and text issue you are experiencing. 

Check that your software is up to date (Settings > General > Software update)

Check your carrier settings are up to date (Settings > general > About and see if there are any carrier settings to update)

Reset the Network settings, this wont delete any personal settings other than any saved WI-FI passwords (settings > General > Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings)

Check you do not have Do not Disturb on.

If none of these steps work I would recommend you Contact Us and one of our tech guides can assist you further.

Hi Ritu,

I did the network reset and It seems call is sorted out but the provider says “there is no  enough credit”,so I decided to call the customer service and they fixed the subscription issue, was probably due to activation error.
