Hello. I’ve just bought 10£ pack. I also requested for number transfer which is still under processing but I noticed I can’t make a call and text. Could you help me with this? I don’t know if this has something to do with the number transfer.

So here are a few things to try and see if it resolves the call and text issue you are experiencing.
Check that your software is up to date (Settings > General > Software update)
Check your carrier settings are up to date (Settings > general > About and see if there are any carrier settings to update)
Reset the Network settings, this wont delete any personal settings other than any saved WI-FI passwords (settings > General > Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings)
Check you do not have Do not Disturb on.
If none of these steps work I would recommend you Contact Us and one of our tech guides can assist you further.

Have you requested to port your number in from a different Network? If so when was this requested?
And when did you purchase your £10 pack?

I requested to port last night past six and said was all set up and will take place by 6pm on 12-06-2025.

Great so as the request was after 6pm, the number will port over tomorrow so this port request should not have any impact on your pack.
When did you purchase your pack?
Please could you try texting NOW to 150 to see if this activates the pack.
Then text AL to 150 and let me know what the reply advises.

When I texted NOW to 150 , it said Sorry, but we couldn't complete your request as you don't have a Plan.
The AL text also said current balance is 0.
The only I've got when linked to my app is 24GB data but I bought £10 pack. Signal is OK. I can also browse over internet.

When you are in you EE account online does it mention what Pack you are currently on?
Or does it say anything about calls or text allowance?
