£1 talk pack activation

Greetings

I have been trying to activate the £1 Talk pack to 150, and it does not seem to work.

I am not sure if this is relevant. I have been a customer since 2015. The £1 Talk pack is based on the EE plan price guide pdf file that I downloaded from the EE website.

I tried to text PACK01 to 150 .it does not work.. the mentioned pdf file does not show a guide on how to activate these packs
