0 data on a new 50Gb sim?

I have recently purchased a sim-only pack for £20 giving me 50Gb of data. However, my account shows only £10 credit and zero bytes of data available. How can this be and what can I do to resolve it?

There is clearly a mistake as the package I purchased was for 50gb of data. How can this be fixed pleased?
