Resolved! Make calls from laptop with EE SIM

I currently have an EE SIM inserted in a Galaxy Go Book that allows me unlimited data. The SIM also allows me limited call minutes and texts.Is there a way for me make calls and send texts using the SIM whilst inserted in the Go Book?TIA
