Resolved! My mobile is not working

My Motorola edge 30 Neo is not working, I have tried to turn it off but it is stuck on the Motorola power up screen. How can I get it to come back on without sending it back to EE to be technically fixed.

New handset

I'm on a sim only plan but handset is broke. Can't receive or make any calls or play music etc. Can't afford new handset or upgrade. What's my best option?

Paying off EE Sim Only Contract

I thinking of Paying off my EE Sim Only Contract as it's too expensive to upgrade to a new phone. I'm wondering what would happen to the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic which has a Paired Watch Plan?  I got it on contract from EE in November last year...
