Hi

I got my daughter a laptop at christmas time from youirselves for stariting her exams. she was going to start to use it but it won't turn on. Theire is no power going to the laptop and Ive been paying about £35 a mopnth for this. Can we get a new one sent and I can return this one. she needss it ASAP
