Phone battery

I did the upgrade that you get sent every so often yesterday and now my phone is not working right ....feels hot to touch and battery only lasting an hour fully charged....any ideas

Cannot unlock phone

Resolved! My mobile is not working

My Motorola edge 30 Neo is not working, I have tried to turn it off but it is stuck on the Motorola power up screen. How can I get it to come back on without sending it back to EE to be technically fixed.

New handset

I'm on a sim only plan but handset is broke. Can't receive or make any calls or play music etc. Can't afford new handset or upgrade. What's my best option?
