Hi, I am trying to unlock my Nokia 130 rm-1037 mobile phone to use another providers sim card. I have followed the instructions on EE's website and it fails on the website during the IMEI check. Is the service down at the moment? Is there another way I can get the phone unlocked by EE?

As an old feature phone just flash it or look online for an unlock.

Becase of the age I doubt EE can unlock it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
