After dropping my phone a couple of months ago it has now giving up working, I was wondering if an ee shop will sell me a replacement. Any help appreciated.

@Johnmfgc   Your only options are to have the device sent off for repair at your own cost. Or purchase a PAYG phone and put your sim in it or get a device elsewhere.    EE do not just sell phones on their own.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community, @Johnmfgc

Sorry to hear about your phone. Do you have insurance through EE? How long do you have left on your contract?

Chris

Unfortunately no insurance and still 20 months of contract left, thanks for your reply.

EE, as a network operator, sell phones with subscriptions - be they pay-monthly contracts or PAYG.

You could buy a new PAYG phone and not use the SIM, otherwise your options are as suggested above. SIM-free phones can be purchased from various online retailers.

Thanks for your response, have got my hands on a new phone so now all good.
